PREPARATION FOR 2006 - 1997 Busch Car #11

**  Remove engine, transmission, rear gear:

	**  Inspect engine, transmisison, rear gear
		
		**  Engine compression/leakdown, OK.
		**  Engine small leak timing chain cover.
		**  Transmission normal fuzz on drain plug.
		**  Rear Gear??

	**  Service engine @ L&B Engine Development

		**  Change valve springs
		**  Change valve spring retainers
		**  Change roller lifters
		**  Change timing cover gasket
		**  Dyno and tune 750cfm & 390cfm carburetors

	**  Remove and service oil tank, lines, filters, and coolers

**  Chassis setup:

	**  Determine dimensions for LF lower & upper arms
	    to correct wheelbase issue.

	**  Order new arms and install.

	**  Install new bearings/spacers in rear trailing arms

	**  Remove rear and re-weld bung in housing with TIG

	**  Square rear end and set track bar at ride height

	**  Service jack bolts

	**  Service [ALL] wheel bearings and seals

**  Seat setup:

	**  Remove current Kirkey Deluxe Road Race seat

	**  Install new Kirkey Full Containment Road Race seat

**  Body work:

	**  Fix dent in right side rocker panel

	**  Fix crack in LF fender

	**  Fix top of RF fender
	
	**  Repaint hood??

**  Fuel System:

	**  Remove fuel cell and inspect foam/pickup

		**  Only took 19.5 gallons when empty

**  Brake System:

	**  Inspect front and rear

		**  Replace front pads & added spacers

	**  Flush brake fluid and install new.
